By submitting a cup-filling request, you confirm you have permission or another reasonable basis for Mr. Balance to contact the named recipient with a joyful message.

Calls may be recorded when made and may be shared publicly or privately as part of Mr. Balance's positivity content. Delivery is attempted in good faith but cannot be guaranteed if a recipient does not answer or declines the call.

Each cup-filling request costs $5.00 and is paid through Stripe or PayPal on the request form. Payments are non-refundable once a request is submitted. Optional extra tips may be sent separately for priority handling; include the same 4-letter tip code from your request if you tip outside checkout.

Your Cup Your Balance is an entertainment and encouragement service — not therapy, crisis response, or emergency help. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
