Your Cup Your Balance collects the information you submit on the cup-filling request form so Mr. Balance can contact the recipient and fulfill your request.

Typical data includes your name or “Anonymous,” your email, recipient contact details, your message, timezone and scheduled time, optional photo attachments, tip match code, and payment references.

Paid requests are stored in our private request history for fulfillment. By default every request is private and is not shown on public pages. Request details are also emailed to the operator inbox and are not sold.

Attachments are used only as context for the call. You may email us from the address you submitted if you need a request corrected or withdrawn before fulfillment.

This site may use basic hosting analytics or spam protections. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their own privacy policies. Optional tip methods (Cash App, Venmo, Cameo, etc.) are likewise covered by those providers.
